EPA accused of 'stalling tactics.'
On Thursday Environmental Impact Assessment Committee member, Gloria Hsu, alleged that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) deliberately kept important cases off the Environmental Impact Assessment Committee's (EIAC) agenda.
