Taipower, Wuchi, Taichung.Last week Taiwan's Environmental Protection Administration's (EPA) announced that Taiwan plans to present a "green" initiative at next month's APEC forum. See today's Taipei Times editorial, EPA announcement full of hot air. Yes, this is really laughable.
